The ProFlex concept was created by Adam Eason. Mr. Eason is a partner at EGS Commercial Real Estate where he is the Asset Manager of a closely-held Birmingham, AL-based industrial property portfolio, which currently totals 2.87 million square feet, across 52 buildings and 158 tenants, with an approximate value of $325 million. Since the start of his CRE career in 2006, Mr. Eason has completed more than 2 million square feet in dispositions, negotiated more than 750 lease transactions, and has directed more than $40 million in construction and renovation projects across his current portfolio. Mr. Eason holds a BA in Business Administration from Furman University with a concentration in German language studies.
Andrew Loftin oversees the finance function at ProFlex. Mr. Loftin is a Managing Director at Brookline Investments, where he focuses on venture capital and private equity investment opportunities. Prior to joining Brookline Investments, Mr. Loftin was a public equity analyst, most recently with Vulcan Value Partners. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr. Loftin received his MBA from Columbia Business School with Dean’s Honors and Distinction where he was awarded the Suresh Balaraman Prize for outstanding work in the field of Finance. He also holds a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Government from Georgetown University. He is a CFA charterholder.
